We loved the spacious and clean rooms, perfect with disabilities. The parking was convenient, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. The location is also a bonus, with nice cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. The king-size bed was super comfy, and the great water pressure in the shower was a plus.
Felt super comfortable, and the staff made nothing too much trouble.

The continental breakfast offered a lot of dishes. The location was marvellous and handy, down the hill with easy access to a supermarket and a convenience shop.

The delicious and sensational breakfast with 1 item and the Espresso coffee, as example was served in the café. The location was comfortable and easy, so close to the centre of Launceston and the interior design was very modern...
The room had very ordinary views.

the rooms are spacious and the location is great.

Unfussy, unpretentious, spacious, clean, friendly, convenient, contemporary decor. Everything I needed and nothing I didnt. Good pillows, comfortable matress, choice of bedcover and extra blanket. Quiet and could make the room dark. Fresh milk and plenty of tea bags. I have recommended it as super value for money.

Views appeared to be awful.

Soundproof and spotless rooms with own bathrooms. Location near eateries, bars and restaurants, a Coles supermarket and many restaurants and a good pub. A wide array of food options within easy walking distance of the venue.
Very basic breakfast.

I loved the fantastic location, the friendly staff, especially Nicole in the restaurant, and the amazing value for money with delightful cafes nearby. After a day of exploring, it was nice to kick back with hearty breakfasts and a cozy atmosphere in the on-site restaurant. the only thing I would improve is the bathroom lighting, which felt a bit off, but it really didn't overshadow my overall positive experience! 😊.

The rooms were very comfortable and well equiped for our stay. The service given by the reception staff and the housekeeping was excellent and welcoming. We did not use the restaurant or internet facilities, however the restaurant and bar/cafe area was often busy, which as someone who has lived in Launceston I take to be a sign of quality when there are many good cafes and restaurants very nearby. Thanks for a great stay on our return to Launie!
I booked 2 adjoining rooms, thinking that there would be an area big enough to be used as a common sitting area in one of the rooms, but alas just a common entry way.

Hotel was modern and comfortable. Bathroom was large, shower fantastic. Free movies and free internet. Breakfast was one of the best I have had. Also free parking. Both my husband thoughly enjoyed our stayThe fire in the foyer lounge was also a lovely touch.
That for some reason they put us as far away from the lift as you could get, even though the rooms in between seemed to be empty.

Very nice and clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
The Restaurant didnt have what we ordered, and then we waited nearly and hour for our meal, which was average, suppose to be pork with crackly but it had none. The lady who served us could have been a little friendlier. The following night we got takeaway.
